Hi — I'm Kirsty

For most of my life I didn't feel safe to be seen. I was bullied at school, and I spent decades unconsciously staying out of the spotlight — convinced my voice didn't matter and it was safer to stay small. So I know exactly what it costs to hold yourself back from the very thing you're here to do.

I also know what it takes to turn it around. I turned a failing business around to a £1m year — against the odds, against the logic, when every sign said it was over. I healed myself from chronic fatigue and nervous system dysregulation when I could barely walk the dogs. I got visible, came online and grew a YouTube channel — after a lifetime of not feeling safe to be seen. And I moved into my purpose as a coach and energy healer, unapologetically owning my value, my gifts and my desires.

None of it happened through more effort, more strategy or more healing. It happened through frequency shifting, soul activation, identity work and higher-frequency living — the exact work I now guide my clients through. The work that takes you from overthinking and survival to creating consistent magic out of ordinary life.

I've spent 6 years devoted to understanding the subconscious mind, energy, identity and what actually creates lasting change — including six months coached live, weekly, by Bob Proctor himself.
